Culture Assessment and Strategy
Levering insights from our comprehensive global culture assessment, we determined that there was not a clearly defined organizational culture. Employees consistently described feeling like it was two different companies. Based on our recommended revisions, the company developed a communications strategy to highlight and reinforce their values. The HR Team also used this messaging to enhance recruiting efforts. Additionally, we assisted the organization in developing a multi-year DEI strategy with five areas of focus.
Learning
To further understand the perspectives of employees in EMEA and Australia, the KEIRUS BY KJE team conducted a global preview of the DEI training program. Participants in the pilot shared feedback during a listening session where they provided insights that ensured messaging, tone and learning scenarios were culturally relevant to employees outside the US. Participants’ feedback was incorporated by rewriting the workbook using UK English, adding more global data points and including a Personal Action Plan.
Globally, the organization garnered a 97% completion rate of their Learning Journey which included four phases.
